Outreach travel medical insurance |
| There are three Outreach travel Medical insurance products
to meet the needs of the missionary that travels internationally.
Outreach travel medical insurance can provide coverage
from 15 days up to 2 years. Outreach
InternationalSM
Outreach International provides coverage for U.S. missionaries
traveling abroad for a maximum of one year.
Outreach AmericaSM
Outreach America provides coverage for non-U.S. missionaries
traveling outside their country of citizenship for a
maximum of one year.
Outreach PlusSM
Outreach Plus provides coverage for U.S. missionaries
& non- U.S. missionaries traveling outside their
country of citizenship. Outreach Plus must be purchased
for a minimum initial period of six months, and is renewable
for a total of two years by those traveling outside
the US. For non-US citizens traveling within the U.S.,
Outreach Plus may be renewed for up to one year of total
coverage. A new Deductible and Coinsurance will apply
for each Period of Coverage.

Global Mission Medical Insurance |
$5,000,000 lifetime benefit. Coverage for 1 year to
lifetime.
Global Mission Medical Insurance (GMMI) provides long
term, annually renewable , US-style Major medical coverage
designed to provide world-wide Protection to US missionaries
and non US missionaries. GMMI covers the Usual, Reasonable
and Customary (URC) charges for eligible expenses in the
area where you receive treatment. Each person will only
need to satisfy their deductible once per policy period
(12 months) with a maximum of three deductibles per family.
For eligible expenses incurred in the U.S. and Canada:
once the deductible is met, GMI pays 80% of the next US$5000
in eligible expenses then 100% of eligible expenses up
to the policy maximum. If the PPO network is utilized
within the United States then 50% of the deductible is
required and GMMI pays 100% for all eligible expenses.
For eligible expenses incurred outside the U.S. and Canada:
once the deductible is met, GMI will pay 100% of eligible
expenses up to the policy maximum.
